This new Project is expected to bring the local economy into the next phase. If more people are going downtown, that means more people will be stopping at local restaurants and bars, increasing sales. The theater is expected to bring in more that 200,000 people a year and will include shopping and living spaces. Worried about parking? 900 parking spaces will be built into the location.
If all plans go through, we can expect this movie theater will break grounds as early as next year and will create approximately 300 jobs. The construction would entail two phases. If passed, the first phase’s ground breaking would be during the start of 2017 and encompass $100 million of the project, including Studio C and 187 residential units.
